I don't have a credit card, how else can I order and pay?
If you don't have a credit card we do accept money orders and direct deposits. Money orders can be purchased from any Australia Post office. Please send the money order to 222 Clarence Street Sydney 2000 with a letter explaining exactly what you are ordering and your details including where you would like your order delivered and a contact phone number. Direct Deposit is also available, please email websales@venuemusic.com.au for details. Please include what you want to order, your delivery address and a contact phone number.

How does my stuff get delivered?
Your order will be delivered either by post (for small items like strings, cables etc) or by registered post (for more expensive smaller items) or by Road Freight (for larger or heavier items like guitars, amps, PA's etc). Please order with confidence because we have been safely shipping musical goods Australia wide for nearly 30yrs. All goods are very carefully packed and travel fully insured. Safe delivery is 100% guaranteed. Goods that travel by road freight or by registered post must be signed for upon delivery.

What if I’m not happy with my gear!
Tell us please. We insist you are 100% happy with your new gear. To ensure you are happy, most items we deliver carry a 10-21 day money-back satisfaction guarantee...Aussie wide. This means you can return it for exchange or refund (conditions apply...please call).

What if my goods arrive damaged?
This hardly ever happens because we pack everything super well but if it does please call us and tell us immediately. We will arrange a pick-up of the damaged goods and a quick replacement.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Australia and the South Pacific. In 24 years we have delivered musical gear to every State, Territory and Island of Australia plus PNG, Tonga, N.Z., Nauru, Kiribati, Fiji, Singapore, UAE...we even once delivered a huge PA system to Switzerland! International orders can not be paid for by credit card, must be paid via bank transfer, please email sales@venuemusic.com.au for details. No matter where you live we will deliver your goods safely and quickly. Some items can not be delivered internationally, please contact us at sales@venuemusic.com.au to check.

How long does delivery take?
It depends where you live. Once your order has been processed (which can take a few days depending on stock availability), items that are sent by post take as long as Australia Post takes. Generally 2-3 days to most major centres or up to a week for a far-flung interstate delivery. Goods that are sent by road-freight take between 1 night up to 10 working days (to the furthest parts of Australia from Sydney). Please call if you are concerned. Australia is a vast and sparsely populated country. We do our best.

How much does delivery cost?
Most items we sell online are freight free. Other items we charge you whatever it costs us. We do not strive to make a profit on freight. It also depends on where you live. For larger heavy items just give us a call for best freight charges.

What if my new gear breaks down?
Sometimes this happens but all new products we sell are covered by an Aussie wide warranty. There are service agents in most major centres throughout Australia. If you have a problem just call us and we’ll get the problem sorted out as quickly as we can.

How do I get the best Sydney price?
Shop around by all-means but ALWAYS call us before you buy anything. Just pickup the phone or email and let us know the best price you have been quoted and we’ll do the rest (usually including free delivery and our 21-day trial)

Do you sell items not shown in this Website?
Yes. We stock tons more stuff than we can fit in this website. If you’re looking to buy something you don’t see included in the website then please just call us. We want your business Aussie wide.

Will Venue match prices?
Yes we will always do our best to match other shop prices just pickup the phone or email us. However there are some simple terms and conditions. The item must be in stock and it must be new, not second hand, ex-demo or a factory second. It must be an identical item in exactly the same condition. The price must be from an Authorized Australian Dealer. This price matching policy is valid for Australia and in Australian dollars only.
